Cancellations on placed tea orders will be considered if an email or SMS request is made within 24 hours of placing an order, or before the order is processed, at 4 p.m the same day.
Our return policy is valid for 14 days only (including Sundays and public holidays). If you do not make a request for order returns within 14 days, we will be unable to offer you replacement, return or exchange the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be returned:
- Unopened, in the condition you have received it in.
- Must be in the original packaging, with courier labels and details.
To process your return or exchange please send us an email at email@example.com for a replacement or 100% refund of the purchase amount back to your account.
Please make sure to include the following information in your communication to make the process quicker.
- Your Name & Date of Purchase
- Reason for the return
- Choose between a Replacement or Refund
- Mention the item/s you would like replaced or refunded
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item/s is/are received and satisfactorily inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the same.
We will also update you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your claim is approved, our refund process will be initiated.
The approved amount will be credited back to you through your original mode of payment within 10 days from the date of approval.
If you have paid for your order by COD method, we request you to share details of a bank account that we can credit the refund to.
If you haven’t received a refund after the above mentioned time, we request you to enquire with your bank to understand their payment clearance cycle. If there is still no update, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Discounted items (if applicable)
Only full priced items may be refunded or replaced. We will not offer a replacement or refund on discounted items / items purchased during a sale.
